Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement integrated ERP solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including translating global business requirements into actionable Dynamics 365 architectures.
  • •Analyze complex interface requirements and create solution design documents for business-critical processes using modern architecture concepts.
  • •Define and monitor project milestones, and establish KPIs to evaluate ERP system performance and project success across the lifecycle.
  • •Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional requirements and support high-quality execution during implementation.
  • •Prepare and support customers during ERP rollout and actively manage customer relationships within agile project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience consulting, designing, and integrating ERP systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, with strong process knowledge across areas such as supply chain, finance, logistics, production, retail, and/or specific project modules.
  • •Ability to shape ERP project-related sales strategies and define measurable success metrics for ERP system performance.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (at least B2), able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • •Initiative, analytical thinking, solution-oriented working style, and service orientation, with willingness for project-dependent travel.
  • •Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
