Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Customer Ground Segment architecture and mission requirements into actionable project plans with defined work packages, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated execution plans aligning engineering, infrastructure, and product development activities.
  • •Support mission onboarding by converting SLAs and technical requirements into implementation plans and coordinating deployment across internal teams and external partners.
  • •Drive cross-functional program execution by tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones; prioritize work with engineering leads and remove blockers.
  • •Improve delivery excellence by championing Jira/Confluence tracking, automation, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management, preferably in software or complex technical environments.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution, coordinating multiple engineering teams and technical dependencies.
  • •Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence (or equivalent) and experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
  • •Translate complex technical architectures into structured execution plans for deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting and influencing without formal authority.
