•Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend team.
•Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code quality.

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of professional frontend development experience.
•Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments.
•4+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities.
•Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
