•Generate sales and provide outstanding hospitality and guest service through smile, eye contact, and thank-you behaviors.
•Maintain guest-facing cleanliness and visual presentation standards, including housekeeping and front counter organization.
•Follow Always Fresh procedures and preparation standards to keep products fresh, accurate, and correctly prepared.
•Ensure order accuracy using the order monitor; meet speed-of-service targets and execute service recovery for guest concerns.
•Perform cashiering (payments, receipts, refunds, change) and follow sanitation, health, and safety practices.
