Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate customer technical documents and requirements, including P&IDs, PFDs, flowmeter datasheets, monitoring sheets, and mass balance loops.
  • •Configure unit-specific solutions using available tools and templates based on MS Azure.
  • •Create and modify steady-state process models and KPI calculations; perform QA/QC actions per technical specialist/customer input.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot Digital Twin applications to ensure optimal performance; implement Process Monitor and process digital-twin/advisory applications.
  • •Collaborate with Technical Services on customer releases and support onsite user testing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering.
  • •5 to 9 years of relevant experience in refinery or petrochemical operations or technical services.
  • •Strong process/operation knowledge in refinery units.
  • •Proficiency with simulation software such as Unisim, HySys, or DWSIM and the ability to build steady-state process models and KPI calculations.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with plant historian systems, and strong communication with global stakeholders.
