Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an Auditor in Charge on complex audits and/or lead multiple low-risk audits end-to-end, including planning, execution, and L1 reviews.
  • •Analyze and synthesize audit results and documentation to evaluate control effectiveness and efficiency, and develop findings.
  • •Lead audit client meetings and walkthroughs; develop test steps, audit findings, and audit reports per IAG policies and procedures.
  • •Guide team members in validating corrective actions/Management Action Plans (MAPs) and ensuring they improve the business control environment.
  • •Serve as a people leader: delegate tasks, mentor/co-develop colleagues and co-sourced resources, manage status/escalations, and help close MAPs timely.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of audit experience.
  • •Prior experience working at a Big Four / G-SIB.
