Job Summary

Support the order-to-cash (OTC) billing process for RTX’s Enterprise Service OTC team. Process customer billing documents in the system, generate and distribute accurate invoices, and monitor outstanding finance/customer queries and transactions. Investigate and resolve invoice/order discrepancies, collaborate with international stakeholders, maintain transaction records and KPI metrics, and help produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting while identifying process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Process customer orders/billing documents in the system to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
•Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring correctness and alignment with guidelines.
•Monitor and follow up on outstanding finance/customer queries and transactions.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or orders.
•Collaborate with international stakeholders and support invoice processing transitions, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Requirements

•Min 3 to 5 years of experience in an OTC/billing-related finance role.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (Finance graduates only).
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
•Prior experience working in a Shared Service / GCC environment is required.
