Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose root causes using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and, when required, travel to customer job sites for repairs; keep the service vehicle clean and professional.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma required (trade school certificate preferred) and experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and complete a 10-panel drug screen (and background check).
