Job Summary

Lead technical sales engagements for 7AI’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform, owning discovery with senior IT and security executives and driving high-value discussions. Design and deliver demonstrations and POCs, tailor Proof of Value solutions for long-term success, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities. As an early senior hire, mentor junior Sales Engineers and support continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, tools, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead technical sales discussions for high-value customer engagements.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and security executives, understanding their threat landscape and technology environment.
•Design and deliver technical demonstrations and POCs that highlight 7AI platform capabilities.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into features and roadmap priorities.
•Mentor and guide junior Sales Engineers and help drive continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, tools, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in cybersecurity-focused Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
•Demonstrated success in complex B2B enterprise sales, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
•Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and modern threat landscapes.
•Experience working with or evangelizing AI/ML technologies within the security domain.
•Exceptional communication skills to tailor technical topics for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
