Key Responsibilities

•Stage, set up, assemble, test, and install flight hardware for Starship.
•Use precision calibrated tools and perform hands-on operations for large and small fragile assemblies.
•Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions; perform work per procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
•Perform fluids and pneumatic testing, including avionics checkout activity.
•Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document integration processes and ensure safe, on-time completion.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalency).
•1+ years of experience installing propulsion, mechanical, automotive, electrical, or avionics hardware, or completion of a trades program.
•Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted and perform physical requirements including working in confined spaces and at heights up to 500 ft.
•Ability to climb ladders, work in temperatures over 80°F, and operate safely using an air purifying respirator.
•Eligibility to meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen/national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations).
