Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax’s quality and safety standards.
•Perform mechanical inspections and entry-level repairs for the mechanical reconditioning process per CarMax Quality Standards.
•Repair and recondition vehicles, including engines, brakes, steering, and suspension systems.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.09 - 30.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems, based on the needs of the role.
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.

•Valid driver’s license; where required by State/Local law, maintain ASE Certifications in listed areas.
