Job Summary

Lead the Production Engineering function across Europe for real-time payment and ACH services, including core processing for RTP/ACH, orchestration, and gateway capabilities. Partner with regional leads, provide Europe coverage for production escalations, and manage major incidents as incident commander. Deliver capability plans aligned to GPS strategy, provide hands-on technical leadership, and help drive a modern SRE-type operating model across Change the Bank (CTB) teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Production Engineering function across Europe to ensure resilient, secure, and performant real-time payment and ACH operations.
•Provide Europe regional coverage for payments-related production escalations and ensure capability functions deliver against plans aligned to GPS strategy.
•Manage major incidents as Incident Commander and/or Liaison Officer, providing regular stakeholder updates during crisis situations.
•Partner with EU regional and other domestic/emerging payments production engineering leaders to coordinate coverage and execution.
•Recruit, retain, and develop a high-calibre engineering team while providing hands-on technical leadership and driving transformation toward a modern SRE-type operating model.
