Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build agents that automate real fund-operations workflows, integrating with services, data models, and authorization systems from prototype through production.
  • •Create the evaluation layer: real-document test cases, CI regression suites, human review where correctness matters, and metrics for accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Own AI application architecture, including orchestration and multi-agent design, tool contracts, memory, and context engineering (RAG, MCP) with human-in-the-loop guardrails for investor money.
  • •Run agent capabilities in production with versioned, feature-flagged rollouts; handle rate limits, provider fallback, and regional failover within EU data residency; and implement observability to trace failures.
  • •Turn AI capabilities into a platform by standardizing agent patterns and shared evaluation/observability so other teams can ship consistently, partnering with DevX and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building production software, including an agent/LLM-powered capability you took end to end and still owned in production.
  • •Deep experience with agent orchestration and context engineering (tool contracts, memory, RAG, multi-agent design) using Mastra, ai-sdk, LangGraph, or similar.
  • •Ability to evaluate non-deterministic systems using real-data test cases, regression suites, and human review, with clear success criteria.
  • •Strong production ownership: diagnose failures via traces, tune cost and latency, and manage provider rate limits and fallback.
  • •Backend experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
