Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and define project scope, cost, success criteria, and constraints with stakeholders.
  • •Design and implement cybersecurity technologies and services; manage system design and gap analysis while prioritizing critical deployment components.
  • •Coordinate collection of business requirements across regional partners, including system configuration, integration specs, test plans, and use cases.
  • •Direct rollout of new and existing functionality to multiple agencies, including SOP delivery, workflow diagrams, training materials, and post-launch support.
  • •Develop project measures, reporting, KPIs, budgets/forecasts, and contract/project management plans; provide ongoing status updates and risk communication to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active TS/SCI clearance for consideration.
  • •7+ years of direct Project Management experience.
  • •5+ years managing technical teams focused on cybersecurity/operations, working on security products such as SIEM/SOAR, IAM, endpoint protection, or cloud security.
  • •5+ years of experience managing a program with over 10 people and 5+ years in public sector/DOD/IC contract management.
  • •BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent hands-on experience; PMP and Security+ certifications required.
