Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project commissions from inception to completion, ensuring time, cost, technical and performance objectives are met.
  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client interface and establish effective governance, processes and systems for the project.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and manage change control and budgets.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional project teams and procurement of resources, ensuring alignment with approved plans and targets.
  • •Identify and mitigate project risks, prepare progress reports, and manage stakeholder communications with clients and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent preferred
  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject
  • •Experience leading project management teams on large/infrastructure projects
  • •Strong client interfacing, governance, and budgeting skills
