  • •Strong technical skills to work with customers on debugging and improving integration offerings.
  • •Strong customer and stakeholder empathy across marketing, finance, engineering, sales, and customer success.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
