Job Summary

Support configuration management under Mission Systems by providing release and maintenance support for engineering and program data in PDM (Product Data Management) and MRP (Material Resource Planner) systems. Ensure engineering change data accuracy and completeness, create and update PDM data objects and route data, review bills of material, and set up Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and related reviews. Work with business systems to enable engineering change and product identification processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and interpret CO packages and data requirement requests.
•Improve processing of work by using business systems and tools, including automating manual activities.
•Prepare engineering master data inputs and deliver them into business systems with little supervision, including reviewing bills of material in PDM (Enovia).
•Support the engineering change process by reviewing contract briefs, performing status accounting queries from MRP data, and using external/internal tools for product identification.
•Set up Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for program reviews and maintain customer relationships across a wide variety of individuals.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) (unless prohibited by local laws/regulations) and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
•Technical writing experience.
