Systems Engineer - Land Mobile Radio

Own end-to-end design and technical quality for mission-critical digital land mobile radio systems for government and public safety customers. Lead final design and implementation across RF, microwave, IP backhaul, subscriber and power/network design, plus customer presentations and acceptance testing. Support licensing inputs, create system documentation and templates, and participate in cutovers, upgrades, and coverage/interference mitigation while collaborating with a cross-functional client-facing team.
