Job Summary

Provide first-line support and monitoring for clients’ critical software applications, including ERP and middleware technologies. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve low-complexity incidents to meet SLAs, responding to service requests and escalating when needed. Execute approved maintenance such as patching and configuration changes, support clients via phone/chat, and create/update knowledge articles. Contribute to work optimization through automation and process improvements, with occasional disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage client applications to ensure they run smoothly.

•Provide client support via phone or chat and communicate effectively to meet needs.
•Create and update knowledge articles, and support work optimization through automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience managing platforms including Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, virtualization administration, server hardware, and storage administration.
•Basic knowledge of supported infrastructure and technologies such as ERP, Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle Middleware, and webserver.
•Strong planning skills to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
•Client-focused mindset to understand, prioritize, and address client needs.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
