Job Summary

Lead translational and strategic discovery efforts to connect clinical observations to mechanistic hypotheses, accelerating and de-risking oncology pipeline programs. Integrate scRNA-seq and spatial biology into translational workflows, partner with internal and external teams on early-phase clinical studies, and advance multiomics capabilities to support foundational models and real-world evidence. Represent translational science across lifecycle, RWD, and BioPharma BD while mentoring scientists and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive discovery and translational projects by integrating scRNA-seq and spatial biology into the oncology pipeline.
•Build and deploy single-cell and spatial biology workflows for early-phase clinical studies.
•Lead technology efforts for single cell genomics and spatial omics, expanding multiomics capabilities for foundational models and RWD.
•Represent translational science across lifecycle, RWD, and BioPharma BD teams and collaborate with Clinical, Biomarker, Discovery, and Regulatory groups.
•Lead and mentor scientists and contractors, fostering a collaborative team culture with clear goals and accountability.

Salary: USD 171,900 - 214,950 annually

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering, or a closely related field.
•6+ years post-Ph.D. oncology translational research in biotech or pharma, with growth into senior/principal scientist roles.
•Deep expertise in cancer cell biology, tumor immunology, cell engineering, or neoantigen biology.
•Hands-on experience with single cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multiomics platforms (building/scaling preferred).
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
