Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end GTM lifecycle for pod products from market sizing and early strategy through launch and post-launch performance tracking.
  • •Partner with pod founders, marketing, and sales overlay to shape ideal-customer definition, pricing/packaging input, channel strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • •Design the sales motion by building coverage models, pipeline processes, forecasting cadences, and rules of engagement.
  • •Stand up and maintain reporting/analytics in Salesforce and Excel to track pipeline health, win/loss, attach rates, average contract value, and renewal trends.
  • •Lead launch readiness, including Salesforce CRM buildout, playbook documentation, tool configuration, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market function.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting new-product launches or emerging-business initiatives without an existing playbook.
  • •3+ years building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data structures in Salesforce.
  • •Advanced Excel experience building models and running variance analysis to produce decision-ready output.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations; bachelor’s degree preferred.
