Call Center Associate

Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Use consultative selling to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and handle objections while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow scripts and quality/process standards, and deliver a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue. Work 100% from office with US–Canada night shift hours.
