Key Responsibilities

  • •Design agent intelligence such as prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end from architecture choice through deployed, validated, observable production systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; model, ship, and validate outputs.
  • •Develop agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and outcomes.
  • •Co-build alongside customers and partners, translating business challenges into agentic solutions and feeding back platform gaps and edge cases.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • •Fluent in English and another EMEA language.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; explain prompt failures, and can work with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
