Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project programmes and progress updates to identify commercial impact and early risks.
  • •Track progress against payment milestones, invoice readiness, and contractual entitlement.
  • •Support cost-to-complete reviews, cost forecasting, and margin movement reporting.
  • •Maintain cost reports, commercial dashboards, milestone trackers, payment trackers, variation registers, and risk registers.
  • •Support variation and claim substantiation and cash-flow forecasting; coordinate with Projects, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and site teams to gather accurate information.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience, or minimum 5 years in a similar PCE role within the past 10 years.
  • •Experience in power generation EPC & maintenance projects or data center projects is advantageous.
  • •UAE/GCC based candidacy with English language proficiency.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • •Ability to maintain organized reporting and documentation for audit readiness.
