Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick up meat scraps and bones and dispose of them in the offal trailer.
  • •Pick up loose trash and dispose of it in the garbage truck.
  • •Clean equipment and the plant using high-pressure hoses and cleaning chemicals.
  • •Act as a key trainer for on-the-job training of new team members.
  • •Promote safety and help supervisors/leads with safety awareness by reporting unsafe practices and supporting respect/culture.
