Job Summary

Oversee regional/SBU line-of-business P&L and drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing metrics tracking (pricing, revenue, VCM, costs, FCF, conversion). Partner with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, and AOP/forecast cycles, lead monthly performance reviews with operations and finance leadership, and generate insights. Standardize and automate recurring finance processes while ensuring accurate accruals, intercompany recharges, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level and drive performance against pricing, orders, revenue, VCM, fixed costs, FCF, and conversion targets.
•Lead periodic financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
•Partner with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, AOP, and related forecasting processes to ensure accurate, timely projections.
•Lead monthly sessions with operations and finance leadership to review risks/opportunities, financial performance, variances, and align action plans.
•Standardize and automate finance processes; oversee recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting, plus leadership presentations.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of overall finance experience.
•Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
•Experience driving business finance metrics and supporting commercial excellence.
•Experience partnering with corporate finance and functional leaders to manage financial targets.
•Working knowledge of Power BI/advanced Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
