Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level and drive performance against pricing, orders, revenue, VCM, fixed costs, FCF, and conversion targets.
  • •Lead periodic financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Partner with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, AOP, and related forecasting processes to ensure accurate, timely projections.
  • •Lead monthly sessions with operations and finance leadership to review risks/opportunities, financial performance, variances, and align action plans.
  • •Standardize and automate finance processes; oversee recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting, plus leadership presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
  • •Experience driving business finance metrics and supporting commercial excellence.
  • •Experience partnering with corporate finance and functional leaders to manage financial targets.
  • •Working knowledge of Power BI/advanced Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
