Job Summary

Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled digital products across NTT’s global CDMO network. Own AI product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs while partnering with pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, PSG, Digital Technology, data science, and engineering teams. Build business cases, drive Agile/Scrum delivery, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant (GxP/GMP, 21 CFR Part 11), and focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with global manufacturing sites and stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and digital transformation opportunities.
•Define and own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release priorities; manage the product lifecycle through deployment and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data Science, Engineering, and PSG teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
•Ensure AI-enabled products comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (including GMP, GxP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ALCOA+, CSV, and CSA).
•Use Agile/Scrum to ensure timely delivery while balancing business value, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements, supported by measurable success metrics and change management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO manufacturing.
•Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Digital Transformation Lead, Manufacturing Consultant, Product Manager, AI Program Lead, or Digital Manufacturing Leader.
•Deep expertise across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations (drug substance/product, biologics, cell & gene therapy, fill-finish, manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain).
•Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and GxP compliance.
