Drive all in-store sales activities while upholding Hermès standards for image, service, and product knowledge. Identify customer needs, build client relationships, and deliver post-sales service to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Meet sales targets, maintain KPI customers, and proactively engage walk-in customers. Support inventory and special projects as needed while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team.
