Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate manufacturing issues related to Assembly and Test processes and implement solutions.
  • •Handle SPC fails, RMAs, and product deviations; research causes and ensure containment and isolation of affected product.
  • •Support engineering by assisting with processes to resolve process variance, equipment, and device performance problems for quality and efficiency.
  • •Communicate technical information with suppliers, peers, and customers; stay current on email and follow escalation procedures.
  • •Follow EHSS policies and procedures, report issues, cooperate with audits, and help mentor and train other EDTs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering or Applied Science.
  • •Good technical knowledge of digital and analog circuit fundamentals and semiconductor device physics/behavior.
  • •Hands-on lab bench testing experience using evaluation boards, lab testers, and electrical test data interpretation.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
  • •Knowledge of common computer software packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
