Job Summary

Drive strategic customer, partner, and alliance engagement programs in support of the HP Solutions (HPS) President. Own the planning, coordination, and execution of executive interactions—spanning engagement frameworks, annual/quarterly plans, and executive sponsorship programs—while partnering with sales, account teams, marketing, and business leaders. Use measurement frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to quantify effectiveness and translate engagement insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a customer, partner, and alliance engagement strategy for the HPS President.
•Translate business priorities into executive engagement objectives aligned to growth and strategic initiatives.
•Lead planning and coordination of executive customer and partner interactions to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.
•Build and manage executive engagement plans and implement measurement frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to track effectiveness.
•Coordinate executive briefings, customer visits, EBRs, partner reviews, advisory boards, and executive events; ensure executives have briefing materials and messaging.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in executive engagement, customer experience, partner management, program management, sales operations, customer success, or strategic planning.
•Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in a global organization.
•Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
•Strong business acumen across enterprise sales motions, account planning, customer success, and partner ecosystems.
•Experience working with enterprise customers, channel partners, alliances, or strategic accounts (preferred).
