  • •Oversee daily scheduling and execution of DNA extractions, library preparation, nucleic acid QC, and NGS workflows.
  • •Conduct regular 1:1s to deliver performance evaluations and support career development.
  • •Take ownership of daily lab operations by executing sample processing to maintain throughput.
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for interpreting data, troubleshooting, and defining next steps.
  • •Lead process development, method/instrument testing, document deviations via nonconformance reports, and draft/review SOPs and work instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in a biological science or equivalent.
  • •3 to 4 years of related laboratory experience.

  • •Hands-on experience with library preparation and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows.
  • •Proficiency with LIMS and database software; prior team management experience is highly preferred.
