Key Responsibilities

  • •Process sales order shipments and work-in-process shipments, including shipping documentation for domestic and international deliveries.
  • •Manage customer portal shipping requirements, routing guide compliance, and export customs filings; coordinate documentation from forwarders.
  • •Consolidate freight, schedule carriers, maintain carrier systems, and analyze small package premium spend to support transportation cost-out.
  • •Prioritize and process material receipts (receive, verify, record), support inventory goals, and generate/coordinate RTV, inspection reports, and certifications.
  • •Audit international procurement entries for import compliance, manage import recordkeeping, and prepare incoming MRO receipts/work orders to support turnaround time.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two (2) years of logistics experience.
  • •Minimum a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
