Guest Services - Bayou Music Center

Protectively interact with venue guests to provide timely information and assistance that ensures a great in-venue experience. Communicate policies and procedures, answer guest questions, help with seating and seat relocations, and support lost-item recovery and meet-and-greet escorting. Direct guests to the right lines, assist with complaints, help execute sustainability efforts, and report maintenance/cleaning issues while partnering during end-of-show closeout.
