•Solid product and interaction thinking skills, ability to participate in interaction workflow design, and capability to integrate design across online and offline touchpoints.
•Proactive communication skills and ability to push ideas forward effectively while collaborating with colleagues.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field (overseas study or work in a major internet company is preferred).
