Provide professional wellness therapies, beauty treatments and massages to spa clients at The Palace LXR Hotels & Resorts. Deliver personalized care, maintain high service standards, educate guests on treatments and products, and collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless, hygienic and satisfying wellness experience for every guest.

Job Function: Healthcare (Clinical, Medical, Wellness)

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct client consultations to assess needs, health history, and preferences, and recommend appropriate spa treatments and therapies.
•Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps) using appropriate techniques and products.
•Provide personalized care and attention throughout the spa experience, ensuring client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
•Stay informed about spa products, ingredients, and brands to make informed recommendations.
•Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms, including sterilization of equipment and clean linens.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of human anatomy and physiology to tailor spa treatments to individual client needs.
•Proficiency in massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) to provide therapeutic and relaxing treatments.
•Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques to address skin concerns and offer personalized skincare treatments.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, assess needs, explain treatments, and provide home-care recommendations.
•Commitment to hygiene and sanitation, including equipment sterilization and clean treatment rooms, per health and safety regulations.
