Lead the QA team to ensure software quality through test plan development, quality standards, audits, and measurable success outcomes. Own planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, including UAT, defect reporting, and regression of fixes. Drive automation by architecting test strategies and enhancing test automation frameworks and infrastructure, while mentoring QC engineers and coordinating with development and business stakeholders.
