Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including work on elevated platforms as needed.
  • •Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and servicing (welding experience is a plus).
  • •Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across conveyor belts, rollers, bearings, gearboxes, air compressor systems, and water systems.
  • •Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, and man lifts.
  • •Follow directions from the Foreman and complete daily pre- and post-inspections with required documentation while adhering to OSHA/MSHA policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Previous experience or training in construction or a related field is preferred.

  • •Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 documentation required).
