Job Summary

Support the Senior Manager in managing Wasl’s Dubai community and assets in compliance with RERA and related regulations. Oversee hospitality, community engagement, budget monitoring, vendor coordination, and regulatory reporting to ensure high resident satisfaction and smooth operations for a large UAE community.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with Homeowners/Owners Committees to resolve issues and initiatives in line with RERA JOP regulations and OA bylaws.
•Resolve homeowners/residents issues daily with proper logging, follow-up, and closure in line with internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain high hospitality and service excellence in interactions with homeowners, residents and guests; organize events to promote community engagement.
•Assist in budgeting, cost control, and service-fee collection in alignment with approved budgets and regulations.
•Coordinate with vendors/service providers to ensure quality, compliant services and oversee regulatory compliance (RERA, Mollak, OA).

Key Requirements

•Minimum graduate degree in engineering, facilities, property management, or a related discipline (bachelors or higher).
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in community or property management, preferably in the UAE.
•Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, JOP, Owners Associations and related laws.
•Proficiency with MS Office, CAFM / property management systems and CRM platforms; ability to coordinate across teams.
•Excellent English language skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
