Drive governed, scalable, and user-friendly BI solutions by defining product roadmaps, OKRs, requirements, and delivery execution, including Agile planning and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned BI products/features from intake through continuous improvement.
•Define and maintain BI product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures/OKRs aligned to adoption and business outcomes.
•Translate business needs into problem statements, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and governed metric definitions.
•Drive adoption and change management including communications, training, user guides, release notes, onboarding, and recurring enablement.
•Lead delivery execution using Agile/Hybrid methods, maintain delivery plans and RAID logs, and mentor/coordinate team members while managing hiring and performance.

Key Requirements

•8+ years hands-on relational database experience for data validation and reconciliation (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
•8+ years delivering BI/analytics products (dashboards, standardized reporting, self-service BI, metrics/semantic layers) with measurable adoption and outcomes.
•Hands-on familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and BI best practices including performance, usability, and basic security/access concepts.
•Strong project and team management capability (workload, backlog management, user stories, dependency estimation, sprint/release planning).
•Working knowledge of data warehousing/lakehouse concepts, ETL patterns, and data modeling fundamentals (schemas, dimensions/facts).
