Land Analyst II, III, Sr

Manage and maintain land records and data integrity as a specialist for the company land database. Lead due diligence coordination for acquisition and disposition efforts, analyze land rights and obligations for pipeline and facility assets, and prepare legal descriptions, drawings, and permit applications. Provide training, mentor others, account for related payments and financial obligations, and partner with internal teams to resolve complex land issues while ensuring strong organizational discipline and safety.
