Key Responsibilities

  • •Owns elements of projects within the SRE area, applying best practices to achieve quality standards
  • •Supports implementation and maintenance of high-availability systems to ensure operational stability
  • •Evaluates operational needs and develops technical solutions under guidance
  • •Contributes to automation and scripting projects to streamline tasks
  • •Troubleshoots and resolves system issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • •Documents procedures and shares knowledge with the team
  • •Participates in quality checks to ensure system stability and reliability
  • •Enables minor enhancements to resolve identifiable issues and may lead smaller initiatives
