Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop high-quality automation applications, data pipelines, and analytics solutions; write code (e.g., Python, SQL) and build frameworks for scalable workflows and APIs; provide architectural direction on system design and cloud infrastructure
•Develop data models, ETL processes, and analytics features; build pipelines across cloud services (Azure) to produce unified analytics (Power BI dashboards) and enable AI/ML use cases
•Lead end-to-end development leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure; implement microservices, serverless computing, secure APIs, and promote CI/CD/deployment best practices
•Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams and citizen developers; review code and architecture to ensure robustness and enterprise standards
•Drive innovation in automation/analytics; explore new technologies (AI/cloud) and lead PoCs to enhance capabilities and reduce technical debt

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

•5+ years delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
•Proven ability to extend Power Platform with custom code, APIs, and Azure Functions in production
•Experience designing and governing enterprise Power Platform environments (security, data access, lifecycle mgmt)
•Proven experience delivering AI-enabled automation or analytics solutions into production
•Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into workflows or analytics platforms
