•Welcome customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, listened to, and well advised.
•Provide personalized consultations based on customer type and needs.
•Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily activities.
•Actively contribute to achieving store goals (budget and targets) by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans.
•Restock and manage the store inventory and deliveries, and contribute to a strong team spirit.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in multinational retail contexts.
•Experience in retail with knowledge of key retail KPIs.
•Empathy and dynamism with a proven ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving store budgets and targets.
•Ability to offer personalized consultations based on customer type and build a memorable shopping experience.
•Strong customer service orientation and passion for beauty and retail.
