Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and execute operational directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe stockroom standards
