Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Use consultative selling to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, handle objections, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow scripts and quality/process standards, and deliver strong customer experience while driving revenue from prospective and existing customers.
