Build strong relationships with salon partners on Fresha’s Southern Europe team, based in Madrid, and drive usage of the platform’s features. Meet monetization KPIs by educating clients on Fresha’s value, onboarding them to become active users of FreshaPay, and helping salons optimize profiles to maximize revenue. Manage a client portfolio with tailored consultation and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to share customer feedback and improve the product.

•Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the Fresha platform.
•Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to become active users of FreshaPay.
•Help salons optimize their profiles and use Fresha tools to maximize revenue.
•Manage a portfolio of salon partners and provide tailored consultation based on needs and business type.
•Ensure outstanding customer experience through video call meetings and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to share customer feedback.

Salary: EUR 28,000 - 34,000

Key Requirements

•More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
•Ability to adapt and achieve monetization targets.
•Experience using and analyzing data and reports to improve performance.
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills to present to clients in Italian and Spanish (or Portuguese) via Google Meet.
•Creative problem-solving mindset with strong ability to build client relationships and willingness to support the team.
