Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of cost management services and quantity surveying across multiple capital projects and engagements.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants at all project stages; maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management across the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide commercial status reporting and drive Turner & Townsend best practices across projects and programs.
  • •Lead, coach, and mentor teams (including staff performance reviews), and support talent development and business growth activities such as proposals/RFPs and cross-selling opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying and RICS-certified or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
