Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and assist guests warmly to create memorable experiences.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage.
  • •Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise and customizing orders.
  • •Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while operating espresso machines, grinders, and ovens.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience as a barista or in a cafĂ© setting preferred.
  • •Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
  • •Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
  • •Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
  • •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
