Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan coverage for style and accessories guides and projects over the course of the year.
  • •With the editorial director, execute coverage strategy and manage writers in producing dynamic style content across formats and platforms.
  • •Assign projects to freelance and staff writers and manage them on a per-project basis.
  • •Manage editors and writers as direct reports, set expectations, provide performance feedback, and support learning and development.
  • •Serve as top/lead editor for guides and short-form journalism within the role’s coverage area, using data to support pitches and monitor performance.
