Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead R&D for rotary compressor system design and related engineering work.
  • •Own package and system design deliverables, including 3D layout, 2D drawings, and engineering database outputs.
  • •Assist procurement quotation activities to achieve product cost targets during R&D.
  • •Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and effective execution.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and designers (mechanical and electrical), build BOMs in Windchill, and implement ECN activities as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, or compressor-related fields; rotary compressor design experience is preferred.
  • •5+ years of related working experience in product/system engineering and R&D.
  • •Familiarity with new product development process and hands-on experience.
  • •Proficiency with Creo/ProE and Windchill systems for engineering work.
  • •Strong English communication (oral and written), teamwork skills, and good project execution; project management experience is preferred.
